1. How do you price your cleaning services?

Pricing is based on factors like home size, cleaning type, frequency, and location. We offer flat rates for specific services OR free in-person/virtual quotes for accurate pricing. contact us for details. 

2. Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! We’re fully insured and bonded to protect your home and our team. Proof of insurance is available upon request. 

3. What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitization, kitchen cleaning, trash removal, and surface wiping.

4. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No! We bring all of the supplies and equipment.

5. How do I schedule or cancel an appointment?

Call or text us at 901-650-5823 Cancellations/changes require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees. 

6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s up to you!  Many clients provide a key, garage code, or smart lock access. We follow strict security protocols for your safety. 

7. How do you ensure quality?

All cleaners undergo background checks and rigorous training. We also perform random quality checks/satisfaction surveys to maintain high standards. 

8. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no extra cost. 

9. How do you handle pets?

We’re pet-friendly! Let us know about pets in advance so we can coordinate with our team. For safety, pets should be secured during cleaning. 

10. Can I skip or reschedule recurring cleanings?

Absolutely! Notify us 24/48 hours in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule with no penalty.

11. How do I pay?

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, cash app. Cash or check etc. Payment is due after each service. 

12. How long will my first cleaning take?

Typically 2–4 hours for an average-sized home, depending on the service type and condition. We’ll provide a time estimate after your quote.
